For SingapoRediscovers Vouchers, redemption is valid within 90 days of date of purchase or until 30 June 2021, whichever is earlier.

Due to HeadRock VR's Relocation, there will be downtime for the service.

Redemption Info

• Online confirmation receipt must be redeemed at Sentosa Ticketing Counters within 90 days from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Credit Card used for purchase will be required upon redemption for verification purposes.
• Upon exchange of confirmation receipt for attraction tickets, all attraction tickets are only valid on the day of exchange.

• Tickets sold are non-refundable.

 Important Note : 

• Child(ren) must be at least 110cm in height and above to play
• We do not recommend customer who has epilepsy, heart problems and pregnant women to play.
• We do not advised ladies to wear skirts or dresses for certain attractions (e.g. Flying Dive & Jump Jump)

Student/Child Promotion

Student/Child must be aged 18 and below to be applicable for this promotion price. Photo identification will be required for proof of age at the attraction.

HardRock Cafe Terms & Conditions :

• Set Meal is valid at HardRock Cafe Sentosa only from Monday to Sunday - 2:30pm to 5:30pm (Not valid for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve)
• Set Menu: 
• Choice of Main Courses: Caesar Salad with Chicken or Tupelo Chicken Tenders or Fish n Chips or Cheeseburger or Baby Back Ribs
• A scoop of Hagen Daz ice cream and a choice of coke/sprite or ice tea. 
• This promotion cannot be used in conjuction with other discounts and for Dine In Only.
