Terms and Conditions

1. Your purchase from Sentosa Online Store is valid for 3 months from and including the date of purchase.
2. You must book your preferred session through Chope here, after you have purchased your tickets. Chope bookings must be made at least 3 days in advanced.
3. After booking in Chope, Xiu Nature Connections will contact you via email/mobile to confirm your booking. Minimum of 5 guests is required for a scheduled session to proceed. In the event the minimum number of guests is not met, your booking with Chope will be canceled and you may re-book for the next available session.
4. Tour schedules and itinerary subject to changes without prior notice.
5. Wet weather - this tour proceeds even in light rain. Please bring an umbrella or rain coat or poncho. In the event of a thunderstorm, the tour will be canceled and guests can re-book for the next available session.
6. Age requirements - the pace of this tour will be slow and mindful, and is recommended for anyone aged 16 and above.

On the day of your tour:  

• Bring your Sentosa Online Store confirmation to a Sentosa Ticketing Counter to redeem the physical tickets.
• Present both Sentosa Online Store confirmation and physical tickets to the guide.
• Guide will collect the physical tickets.

COVID-19 Safe Management Measures

Guests are required to:

1. Wear their masks at all times.
2. Check in and check out with Xiu Nature Connections.
3. Take their temperatures before the tour starts. Anyone registering a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius, and/or showing symptoms including cough, runny nose, sneezing, breathlessness will not be allowed to join and/or continue with the tour.
4. Maintain 1-metre safe distance from others at all times.
5. Maintain personal hygiene at all times.
